Although you agree to all my points but when it comes

to compensation you are saying this the max you can

do.I fail to understand the harrasment in no way can

be compensanted by any one .But if you are giving a

monetary benefit give to the extent which will be at

least Appreciable. Nobody does any thing intentional

and those who are in business of booking tickets will

be more than carefull.But in your co. case it clearly

shows there is no backend process were in you check

with the variosu flights in which  you book if those

seats are blocked or not and in case if its not the

customer need to be informed or you should make

altenative aggrangement so that the customer is to

strangled .It shoudl nto come to him as a surprise .

 

I would like you to please look into this matter and

take appropraite decision iam expecting at least 75%

compensation this should  be a punishement for those

who did the same and also this a process faliur which

has to be take up appropriately.

Dear Mr. Rajan,

 

I write to you in response to your our telecom this morning. I have been attempting to talk to you on your listed number . Unfortunately did not receive a response.

 

First and foremost kindly accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused to you due to the technical error at our end.  I do realize that such apologies mean very little if not followed by action towards improvement. We are currently implementing enhancements to our website towards elimination of such unpleasant instances. In this case as discussed this morning for any such exceptional cases we call customers and provide an option however this could not happen in your case due to system error.

 

Because of this serious oversight, and as a testament to our appreciation of you as our customer, you would reversing 15% of the total amount charged on this card. The amount would reflect on your card within next 7 business days. You would also get a 7% discount on your next domestic air-booking with us. Once the booking is made please ensure the booking reference is sent to me for processing the discount.

 

Allow me to assure you that we are completely cognizant of the fact that it is only due to the continuing confidence shown by customers like yourself that MakeMyTrip has achieved the leadership position in the Online Travel space in India in less than a year’s time.

My worst Experiance with Make My Trip

If company like this just move away by giving a 15% payback on my booking and 7% discount on future travel .Then what de we make out of this .Will they do the same if it was any Big Corporate ? now i feel i should have put a case in the consumer Forum against this .But only reason ididnt do that is becasue iam also from a service industry and i know the pain but we make sure we dont do any thing which will affect our patron .We are more than care full when it comes to Net Booking etc. You wont belive i spoke to there customer care for more than hour on that day .Who pays by telephone bill i should have made a claim for all those .The only respite was i was booked in Jetlite which came VIA kolkata. Iam sorry but i still stick to my stand of compensation of 75% which iam sure will be heard one day or the other till such time i shall keep positng and keep writing .Iam sure there willbe many more like this who have faced it but wouldnt have come so far as MAKE MY TRIP would have just paid a 15% and 7% discount and made them quite .I want Make my trip to understand its not easy to be in service Industry with such attitudes towards client.
