I felt that the openion was almost the same as FRANK OPENION123. I have to mention that MakeMyTrip.com has lots of hidden costs, they are not ideal or trust worthy, Lack of taking responsibility when a passenger is in trouble or if a passenger has some questions and MMT.COM give vague replies from their Customer Support Dept is totally unfair. MMT.com should actually be dragged to High Court. Now, Mouth Shut has asked an openion about this online air ticket booking, and MS has given all members 21 days time. So far , none of them replied in 21 days time . If MS would have recd a reply from any of these members within 21 days, What source of action will MS take ? Now MS says’’ However, please note that MouthShut does not decide such cases. It is strictly between the member and corporate’’ Taking the above two lines into consideration, FRANKLY SPEAKING MS. IS CONTRADICTING. If any of these members would send you reply within 21 days, the issue will remain status quo as MS has mentioned that such cases are strictly between member and corporate. I would like to know from Jasmine Madam about this ASAP. Thanking you, Prathaap
