Hi Charu
The corporate blog feature is indeed a 'great' feature as it lets us respond to certain issues that members may have on the platform itself.
Charu, I hope my efforts do not go unnoticed. Here's my two-penny.
1. Hi! Is this review really not written by you? I guess it's more of a tongue-n-cheek comment. My content team feels that it should go since only original reviews are encouraged. MS is a review site, a “Write in your own words only” site.
2. M2M - There have been innumerable instances when members have abused each other after emails have been exchanged. On the platform we can help, but off it, it's beyond our control.
3. Content filters: We are working on improving it.
4. Custoomer service - If it is poor then I take the blame for it and pledge to make it even more effective. Time to pull up our socks as they say.
5. We have stopped the redemption of points way back in 2001. An email was even sent to existing members.
If this is really a copied review, I suggest you should modify it or cite the member's name.
