Hi,

I am regular user of this site. As I understand from this forum that this is mainly develped to provide feedback of each and every products. I am curious to know how our feedback reaches the concerned people or the company which produces these products.

Why I am asking this question is that, I could see lots of comments which says -ve aspects of the products. But not able to see any improvements in those products.

Hope I am not wrong asking this kind of questions.
