Dear Mr. Sangal, Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in reverting to your query in turn causing inconvenience to you. We acknowledge that there was probably a lapse in communication, but at the same time we wish to suggest that the offer terms and conditions clearly stated that there was a capping of INR 10000 per card. Please rest assured that there is no deliberate attempt on our part to deprive you of any amount that is rightfully yours. However, we share your concerns on this incident and have already initiated remedial measures to prevent the recurrence by briefing the team on the incident. Also we wish to inform you that the promised cash back has been reversed to your account and the same was communicated to you by us. Request you to kindly confirm the same.
