Reviewed Beam Fiber Telecom

Dec 11, 2008 07:01 PM 2262 Views

I've been using Beam Cable for over 2 years now and had not really had a problem. The internet speed has been as promised and infact, even better. I started with the 160 plan and upgraded to the 256 plan as I was very satisfied with the network. I'm currently constantly getting much higher speed...Read more

Well, Ashi, after 'Love Story' I really did not feel like reading other novels by Segal. (Was quite depressing) But I heard Doctors is a very good novel. I'm sure you'll enjoy it........and your review on it would certainly be very helpful! Who knows I may get over my 'fear' of Segal after reading... your review on Doctors! :) All the best RungshingRead More

Good one! Brought back the memories of the struggle to hold back my emotion when i finished th book. I dislike tragic stories, esp those that have so much potention for happiness. I think this novel is simple great and you have written a fantactic review that says it all. Rungshing

Hi Soma., Hope you had a great trip . The review was quite good! I for one can openly declare that I used to buy and read Cosmo as I found it very very informative! Hey, you have to keep up-to-date with the competition! :D But stopped for quite sometime as it can be a bit expensive habit! R...ungshingRead More

Mayank, great review, man. Just enough details to get those who have not read it, interested. I have read all of Archer's books (esp, Not a Penny more, not a penny less - My fav of his!) and love the twist in the ending he gives in almost his stories. Twelve Red Herrings had some wonderful stories t...hat kept me gripped and guessing through the story! Great review. Keep them coming! RungshingRead More

Jaya, you really like Chennai, and it shows through this review. This is a very good and detailed review. I was thinking of asking for details about 2 things...1. good affordable places to eat, and 2. best time to visit. But then I dropped the idea. Don't mind, but I not too keen on Chennai. As they... say first impressions last for a long time. And my first impression of Chennai is being ripped off by the infamous autowallas. I was charged 80 bucks for a trip from the station to Mt Road, near Spencers. Plus the journey there was terrible. Had to shift buses at 5am in the morning and got a crampt seat in an A/C bus with the condensor dripping water on my head through the rest of the journey! Not really a pleasent trip! :) But my thought aside, I think your review is great, as it gives a fantastic amount of details in such a small space! I'm sure relative and friends find you an invaluable help when they visit, due to your indepth knowledge of the city. Btw, did not see it, but did you mention the good shopping markets? Keep on writing such wonderful review! RungshingRead More

Nice review on having a good sleep.....Don't worry, it did not put me to sleep! :) I though doctors recommend 9 hrs sleep, not 7hrs? But whatever the hours, it is often not possible for people esp in the IT and ITES sector to get the healthy amount of sleep, due to work pressures and timimg. ...And sometimes even when they sleep they dream of the pending work!!! :D But, nice review! Very informative. Must show it to my boss as hints!!! :D RungshingRead More

Jaya, this is an lovely review of Pondy. While I have never been there, I had a friend who kept calling me over, but I sadly did not take up that offer. Now after reading your review I think I have missed a great place to visit, and have put it on my list of destinations to go to. Of all the places... there I hear Auroville is supposed to be very nice and peaceful. One question, how is it to drive there? AS I love driving, I would prefer to drive there from Hyderabad. I think it should take about 10 Hrs. Great Review! RungshingRead More

I did not say Bangalore is bad! I fact I recommended it! :) I just wanted to point out a few reasons why it is more suited for a more younger crowd than the older generation. Yes, I know B'lore has all these problems, but it still has its charm. I myself have been planing to go there for the weeken...d. The weather is still one of the best of any cities I have been to! I know people, including me, who loved the city within a month of moving there. But the sad fact is that for people who have seen B'lore then, for them to see so much change for the worse, makes one feels bad. I really hope the State Govt wakes up and does something about it, before things get worse! But I can assure you that you are staying in what I consider one of the better/best cities in India, that is for sure! :) Have fun! RungshingRead More

Thanks everyone! :) I had debated whether to add the older Disney movies like Jungle Book, or The Little Mermaid or even Bambi, which are classics. But these newer movies lobbied for the top spots, and they won! :) Thanks again Rungshing

Love it! Your review that it! :) I think the movie has it its plus points, though. It allows people to talk for hrs about how bad it is! While the story follows the original - 'Pride and Prejudice' to a large extent, the attempt of adapting it on a crossover platform was disasterous! It was a...ctually entertaining as I had a good laugh thoughout the movie! There are some movies that are so bad that people actually go to see it because of that fact! This may fall within that category! I definately recomend people to see this movie as it is unintentionally funny to watch! :DRead More

Thanks Ashi, :D I still think you did a very good review youself on this topic. I was more or less trying to bring a lighter vein to this topic, based on my experiences, rather than write a serious, to-the-point review! All the best Rungshing

I believe there is a child present in all of us. This is why the lure of animated movies would never seem childish. It can be due to the fact that modern animated movies have a more mature(non-childish) oriented theme, content and dialog. In fact it can be argued that the modern animated movies ...Read more
