The picture projected by the user is absolutely true. This is one of the key reasons why the attrition rate of the company is very very high. One needs to think many many times before joining this company. The salary offered may be higher at times but the work environment is no way professional. ...The business units run on the basis of the whims and fancies of the iundividuals. The job is highly insecure. Any body may be sacked on any day, without any notice period. There is not a shemblence of process in the working of the organisation. There are some mini dictators who run the day to day show. The individual managers treat the organisation like their anscestral property. The managers feel that the consultants are like their personal servants. All sorts of standard organisational norms (be it industry practices, be it labour laws) are flouted every day. Corruption is in the heart of the organisation. There is zero similarity between the policies of ITC Ltd. and ITC Infotech India Ltd. The company is spoiling ITC's brand name in the market.Read More

Amazing 13" baby from Dell

I am getting excellent performance from my Dell XPS 13 Studio Laptop. The performance of the laptop has become even better after I have applied the free upgrade to Windows 7. The upgrade process desisned by Microsoft / Dell together was very simple and not really time consuming.
