Yesterday evening Indiatimes Shopping shared a Banking Ref. # 5348014 saying that the refund is processed from there side. I will wait for another couple of days to see whether the I receive the refund or not. Finally I got a solution which is cancel the order. Indiatimes asked me to extend for one more day which I turned down. I can go and purchase in the market for by spending 2K more. Urge others not to turn up India times shopping they accept orders but they don't have material. I registered my compla...in # 349702916313 on National Consumer Helpline demanding the mental torture I have gone through. If I do not get the refund in next 2-3 days I will file a complaint in Consumer Court. This time I want to nail them instead of they harassing others.Read More

Hi, Today I called customer care and cancelled the order even on the last day of order the customer care is not even able to tell me when this order is executed where the goods are lying. Only one straight reply order is transferred to escalation desk and this I know since last 4 days. The indiatim...es shopping sucks. I contact one of the freind who is lawyer handling consumer court cases and if no refund is given in another 2-3 days and then I will file a written case against them. I will make sure that on any platform i will register this.Read More

This is what is happening for last 6 days no solid reply. Where is the airway bill #. If I didn't get an airway bill # which I will cross check from logistic agency by max tommorrow. I will straight away cancel this order. I will not entertain any kind of request for extention seeing the amount of p...romises you have given to other customer. Just now got a call from Indiatime customer care even that guy has admitted that they are unable handle the volumes..Secoundly the order is still in process not clear when this is delivered. Customer care guy is asking me for extention as if we deliver by thursday or friday is it ok. But this time r...eading after reading so many reviews I already make my mind that I will cancel this order tomorrow late evening without any secound thought to it..
