The corporate blog feature is indeed a 'great' feature as it lets us respond to certain issues that members may have on the platform itself.
Charu, I hope my efforts do not go unnoticed. Here's my two-penny.
1. Hi! Is this review really not written by you? I guess it's more of a tongue-n-cheek comment. My content team feels that it should go since only original reviews are encouraged. MS is a review site, a “Write in your own words only” site.
2. M2M - There have been innumerable instances when members have abused each other after emails have been exchanged. On the platform we can help, but off it, it's beyond our control.
3. Content filters: We are working on improving it.
