I understand your angst. Agreed that MouthShut is a consumer website and ideally it should have categories to all products. Point accepted. However, we are in the process of fine tuning MouthPad and I am sure, you will have no (or very little) complaints against us in the near future.

Dear Adi:
We have been receiving requests for people to make the user interface very simple and believe me, work is in progress. Very soon, finding products and making new product requests is going to be extremely simple.
And since we keep getting loads of requests to add products everyday, the process usually takes 2-3 working days and sometimes, a bit more. If your request went unanswered, I apologize - the objective is to respond to each and every member who has requested a new product addition.

Dear Ramya,
If MS brings a smile to your lips, then we feel that we're on the right path. We're not perfect but we spend every hour in office deliberating and discussing ways that would make MS infallible.
Yes, I admit MouthPad and emails get delayed, RODs do cause a flutter now and then, but hey don't despair, we're working on all shortcomings.

Missing Data

Great review
You can spot the grey whiskers of experience in a hard-core blogger. Great suggestions. Some of them are in the process of being implemented and most will be discussed.
Commenting is an issue which we have been trying to address. Your point distribution seems to have merit. Review of the Day is not randomly chosen. The idea is to bring to fore good reviews that may have been forgotten. But point taken - the selection is not always perfect. We will work on that area.
The blog is one module which shall address issues of the average consumer by the corporates themselves. MouthShut has signed many clients and soon you shall see them on the site. Sob stories, even if there are many shall find takers and even resolutions. Star Writers, umm, well, we are working on

Usman that was a terrific review. Really terrific. Terrific because not only was it well written, it also came straight from the heart. My dear James,
We have seen your review. The honest opinion is that you should direct all these queries to jasmine@mouthshut.com. I am sure there is nothing which cannot be resolved, at least if we want things to be resolved.
However, what is perplexing is that despite being just 'one' review old you seem to 'know' so much about MouthShut.
There maybe times when we err in our judgment but the fact is that MouthShut does not make any deliberate attempt to be unfair to any one of its members. 'James', you must realize this. Write to me so that your issues are resolved. I only hope you are not here to raise a storm.
