@raj_thecritic A little late for a reply, but necessary I feel.
You don't need to speak about what 'lot of graduates' have experienced there. What was your own experience? Did you not understand the nature of their work after joining there? Have you ever thought what your responsibility is, towar...ds an organization which is as small as Vi Micro with only a few hundred employees?
You know that November to March is peak time where they get their maximum clients and you know that its a small organization where they find it difficult to get replacements at short notice. Do you think that you can walk away in Nov-March time-period without giving any notice and do not expect them to voice their concerns?

A little late in the day for a reply, but here it is anyway.
I worked in Vi Micro for 3 years, and never found anything out of place, along the lines you had mentioned. The technical environs in this company are challenging, and will rigorously test your technical capabilities. They train student...s in thousands every year, trying to align them towards the requirements of this field. I joined Vi Micro as a fresher, got to do embedded software design and traveled with my team to many technical institutes in South India, and got to know first hand about many emerging technologies in embedded software. I am now working in an MNC, having left Vi Micro after a long association.
