Dear Sneha, I am not looking for a refund/exchange/return, so it doesn't really matter. I'd say that when SD was new, the service was better, but now, when I compare it with my experiences with other sites, like Jabong, , it stands nowhere. None of the people I know like to shop from SD. The rang...e of products offered is of low quality, info and photos provided of the products (if at all) are not detailed and/or trustworthy. I have made around a dozen purchases from SD till now, only because of the discounts offered and only when I am in no hurry to receive the product. I would have given it 3 stars, had I not experienced bad service recently.
