Even I have similar experience from Hometown Marathahalli. I had ordered a wall mounted unit and it was delivered late. For the last three days, I am keeping on calling the office to get the furniture (furniture??? It is delivered in bits and pieces in several boxes and it is impossible for the cust...omers to install it) for the last two days and there is no promise yet when someone will come to install it. After paying the full amount 13 days back, I am still waiting to have the stuff installed to be of any use to me. One of the most frustating experience in shopping I ever had in my life.Read More
