bsundare: I booked a 2 BHK with a 680 sqft built-up. It was due for possession in March, but the builder proactively informed me that the project is delayed for few months and new date for possession is in July. Mine is in phase 2. Phase 1 got letters from builder for the delay and a promise to pay ...as per the penalty clause, all this proactively (i heard this from one of my friend who booked in phase 1). It has been delayed, but the experience is so far awesome, no issues at all dealing with them. The construction quality is good, I had been to site sometime back and it is exactly as you see in the pictures. They do not have much of amenities but the school is already in place for past one year I guess and other basics amenities are coming up well.
Pkottary: There was no problem from either side. He bought his flat in phase 1 which was progressing well and by the time he booked it was due for second installment and as you know bank takes time to process but the builder was very cooperative and gave all the time to my friend to process the papers and get things done. Unlike other builders, they were never too rigid on payments.
Jay707: Good point, long time no feedback. The complex is coming out well and phase 2 is almost ready. Mine is block 9 and good to see it getting final touches. Looking forward to get it completed. The best part is that that builders keep posting pictures every month on the progress made, you can check the pics on their website.Read More

Hi Gunsham5, you are right nobody can expect 5 star facilities at the price of 3 star, nobody is expecting that. All everyone wants is honor the commitment, complete the work as per schedule without delay and respond to people when they reach the company or customer service. The boast of their value...s on their website but none of them is close to reality. Golden Homes phase 2, most of the houses should have been completed for possession, but where are we. The work is no where c lose to completion and its been 2-3 years of construction going on. There are people who wer supposed to get the possession in Dec 2010 but they havent got nothing. There is a penalty clause as well, but these guys dont even talk about it. I know a few who have file case in consumer court from phase 1 for penalty. Phase 1 people are still fighting for basic facilities, and you are talking about 5 star. Looks like you are either their employee or being paid to give positive feedback. couldnt agree more. When they started initially, food, service everything was excellent but now no words to describe the pathetic state they are in.

I think since vegetarians dont have much of choice, people take them for granted and mast kalandar is also doing the same. Pathetic service and pathetic food.

They have the worst customer service and nothing great about there products/food. I had been to mast kalandar and last two times it was a horrible experience. Never going to visit them again and never will recommend their name to anyone.

I had been to the place when it was about to open for public after official release (happen to see the board and landed there, no preplans) and i went recenmtly as well, they have nto maintianed the place well, the toilets were not clean then and they r not claen now also, rather they are stinking n...ow. There are few good attractions, but i dont think its worth spending such money and tiem for limited few attractions. Moreover they are over pricing everything inside, be it water or cold drinks or chips et al.Read More

I had been to the park when it was just constructed and was open for public for few days efore they officially opened it. I would say they haev not changed since then. I had been to this place again last week and realised that its still the same, the only good thing is they have added McDonalds and ...Cafe Coffee Day, otherwise you dont have a decent eating joint. I completely agree with you. They have very few attractions which are actually attractions, rest all is just waste of time and money. Moreover, if they dont have McDonalds and Cafe COffee Day, you dont have a decent food option available inside the premises. They are overcharging for everything they... sell inside, printed price for a bottled water is Rs.15, they are charging Rs.20 for it. Printed price for cold drink can is Rs.15/Rs.20 they are charging Rs.30. They have some good rides for kids inside but you have to pay extra. Dont go by Rs.499 offer, all rides and unlimited option. Its just to make you fool, the only difference in 499 and 299 is aqua kingdom which anyways is maintained very badly. I would say its waste of time and money.Read More
