Hello Kodalisreedhar, My only intention was to alert you and others about how online shopping stuff works. I also feel the same way that many times these online shopping companies sends us sub-standard and damaged product. But to be safe on your side you have to be bit wise or don't order online ...at all. No one will be at loss but the customer. Because we can't check quality of the product before purchasing unlike the case with local vendors. That is one of the con's of online shopping. As a recent event, I was struggling with sub-standard product which I bought from Healthkart. But I checked the manufacturing date, expiry date and other details before opening the seal. Since I found the product will expire in another 2 months, I didn't open the seal and informed them immediately asking for refund. They have agreed to refund. A little thoughtful action can save us from loss.Read More

Hi, This is the case with any e-commerce company for return. If you completely tear the packaging or the price tag which is very important for billing, then no one will accept the product back. You can open the carton with a slit in center and first check the expiry and other important details and n...ot to tear anything from it. Reason is that they cannot return the product to the company from where it is procured with such things missing. Please take it as a friendly suggestion from my side. I also order many things online but you have to be careful until you are sure that the product is fine.Read More

I agree with you. I had myself ordered many products in one go. All of them were dusty and one of them was about to expire in a month. I returned one product due to expiry issue and asked for replacement. They replaced it with similar product which was again about to expire in a month. Healthkart is no where related to Flipkart. It is just a fashion and advantage other e-commerce companies are taking by using the word 'KART' as suffix. Please don't be fooled by the any company which reads as KART with suffix. HEALTHKART IS NOT RELATED TO FLIPKART.
